Friends Having Fun-Color Challenge #5!

Hurray!  I’m finally getting this posted!  This week the Kaleidoscope Krew has a new Color Challenge for you!  I used these colors to make some more of my mini layouts that I’ve been doing lately.

All of the cute stamps were from the $1 bins at JoAnn and Michael’s.  The ribbon was from the $1 bins at Target.  I love a bargain!;)

The pictures are of my husband and me the first time we went to South Carolina together.  We had been married for about 3 months then.:)

FHF Color Challenge #4! - Finally!

I am so sorry this post is so very late! My computer is about to crash and I've been trying to get it to work for days now. I'm typing this right now on a borrowed laptop. I miss using my computer!! Anyway, the Kaleidoscope Krew has a new Color Challenge for you this week! I decided to try something totally new for me. I made my very first ATC!



Here's the color combo we're working with this month...



I used one of the awesome Kraftin Kimmie stamps for my ATC. I really like their stamps.:)

Friends Having Fun – Color Challenge #2!

First of all, I’m sorry I’m getting this post up so late this morning.  I’m in frantic, straighten up my house mode, since my mom and grandma are coming over this afternoon.

Hope you like it!  This was my first time doing stitching on a card.:)

FHF – Kaleidoscope Krew’s Color Challenge #1!

Yes!  Today is the very first Kaleidoscope Krew Color Challenge on the Friends Having Fun blog!!  I’m so excited to be a member of this Krew!  The first Monday of each month we’ll have a Color Challenge picked out by the fabulous Alison.  Here are the colors Alison chose for our first challenge…

I actually ended up making two projects for this challenge.(I tend to get over enthusiastic sometimes);)

Here’s my first project…

It was a mixed nuts container! 

The toile print paper is The Paper Studio.  I’m not sure what the other papers are.

And here’s the project I finished last night…

My son flipped on the tv the other day and it happened to be a crafting show on!  They were making these little accordion style albums and I thought they were really cute, so, I decided to try one.  It was fun!

Paper from The Paper Studio, Creative Memories, and others that I don’t know.  Stamps used were JoAnn Craft Essentials Monogram Stamps.
