TTSC #20

I made this card for Twilight Tuesday's final sketch challenge. I've had so much fun playing along with them these past few months. I'd like to say a huge "Thank you!" to Tonya and the rest of the DT ladies for making me feel so welcome every week with the challenges, and for all of the super sweet comments they've left for me. You girls are awesome and I hope I get to play alongside you again in the future.:)

So, I bought this paper back when I first started participating with the weekly challenges. I always thought I'd use it for something involving Carlisle because the leather-look paper and the subtle diamond-print both made me think of something you'd see in a guy's study. I colored this digi a while back and then kind of forgot about it, so, I decided to get it out for this card.

I'm showing you two different pictures so that you can get the full effect of the Stickles.:)

Digi stamp from The Greeting Farm. Sentiment stamp from Artful Inkables. Paper from Paper Pizazz. "Carlisle" was colored using colored pencils and an E00 Copic Sketch. Stardust Stickles were applied to his skin to make him sparkle.

Thanks so much for looking!

TTSC #19

I've had this done for a little while, but I'm just getting around to posting it now. I've had a cold of some sort this past week and I'm still fighting it. It seems like everyone's sick right now! Ugh. Anyway, I made this card for the Twilight Tuesday Sketch Challenge from last week. I really like this sketch. I decided to use my little "Jasper" digi since I don't seem to use him as much.

The digi stamp is from The Greeting Farm. I used colored pencils on him. Paper is The Paper Studio-Serendipity.

Thanks for looking!:)

TTSC #18

I made this card last week for the Twilight Tuesday Sketch Challenge, I just keep getting sidetracked, so, I'm just now getting it posted.

Here's my card...

I think I used the wrong colors, or, something. I loved the way others used this sketch, but I don't think I rocked this one. Oh well.

The sentiment is a stamp from Inkadinkado. Digi stamp is a freebie from Pollycraft. I colored in the digi with Prismacolor markers.

Thanks for stopping by!

TTSC #17

I hadn't done a sketch challenge in a while, so, this was fun!:) This was for Twilight Tuesday's Sketch #17.

I used papers from DCWV and My Mind's Eye. And some ribbon. And I didn't have anything to cut an oval shape, so, I used a diamond instead.

Thanks for looking!:)

TTSC #15

I decided to change it up a bit this week and make a bookmark! I used the Twilight Tuesday Sketch Challenge #15 for this. I like the sketch, but I feel it would have worked better on a card where I could have gotten more elaborate. I didn't want to do too many bumpy/raised things on the bookmark since it's supposed to lay almost flat between the pages of a book.;)

I got to use some of my Twilight stamps that I bought at Barnes & Noble! I also used La Creme card stock from DCWV, Paper Pizazz papers in Black/White Sprigs and Gold with Black Border, a silver eyelet, gold hearts craft ribbon from JoAnn, red heart stickers from the I Love My Dog Cloud9 Design stickers.

I'm going to give this bookmark to my mom, who just recently got hooked on Twilight.:)

Thanks for looking!

TTSC #14

This card was inspired by the Twilight Tuesday Sketch Challenge #14. It's not quite the same because I don't have a way of cutting out perfect circles right now, and I was going by my memory of what the sketch looked like(I know, always dangerous). But it's close, and it was based on it, so, here it is. It's an anniversary card I made for someone who just celebrated their 20th anniversary. It's not extremely elaborate, but I think it turned out OK.

I used DCWV La Creme card stock. I love the velvety textures some of these have. I did punch/emboss the corners with my little four sided Fiskars punch.(I'm always forgetting I have it)

I hope you like it.:) I'm working on my TT Weekly Challenge project right now, hopefully I'll get it posted tonight, or, tomorrow. Thanks for looking!
