Grumpie Canvas

Hi!  I’m here today to show you a mixed media canvas panel that I made last night.  It was so much fun!

I made this project for the current Smudgy Antics challenge, and for the February Guest Designer challenge on Smeared and Smudged.  All stamps used are from Smeared Ink.

It was really hard to photograph this because of the metallic paint.  I used acrylic paint, Memento ink, Distress crackle paint, and alcohol ink.  I had never actually used a colored crackle paint before, I always used the clear stuff before.

And because my daughter has been wanting to play along with more challenges she made a card for the Smudgy Antics sketch.:)

Isn’t it cute?  I love the way she colored the flower and the Goth Fairy.

Thanks for looking!

Haven't tried canvas myself yet. You are brave to give it a try. Maybe you could do a tutorial on it. Yours came out pretty good.

Your daughters card is spiffy. I really like her fairy.
