Today is the first day of Smudgefest. Follow the link to learn more. It’s a week of challenges, a different one each day. There are prizes involved. Today’s challenge is to “Create a bi-polar project that showcases two opposites.”
I decided to make a twisted easel card. This format really helped to carry out my idea. It’s probably not the best thing I could come up with for this challenge, but I only have till the end of the day to post a project, so I had to go with the only real idea that came to me, lol. Oh well.
There are really two sets of opposites in this card, if you want to get technical – Life and Death, and Up Above and Down Below. There are living creatures in the above ground portion and a poor little dead bat in the below ground portion(fittingly under the gravestones).

It’s hard to tell in the pics, but the living bat pops out from the card.
Digi stamps are from Smeared Ink, Paper is Martha Stewart and Wausau.
Thanks for looking! Hopefully I can survive this week of challenges.;)
