Musically Challenged Wants Your Body

Well, that is to say, we want to see your creations based on the video for Your Body by Christina Aguilera.  Winking smile

Our very generous sponsor this time around was StitchyBear.

I used stamps from Alipeeps’ Art and Barbara Jensen.

I made chunky pages.

Side Note:  I went to Lilith Fair in 1999 and I saw Christina there.  She was on the smallest stage because she had just released her first single.

Loki’d!

So, I have a soft spot for some of the not so savory characters from comic books and movies.  I just can’t help it.  I like the misunderstood “bad” guys.  So my project today features my all-time favorite Marvel character from both comics and films…Loki!

I made a chunky page, using a digi from Simply B Stamps.

If you don’t know what “Loki’d” means, then you really need to watch this video here.  I Red heart Tom Hiddleston so much!

Thanks for looking!  I hope you can find time to play along with our current Marvel challenge HERE.

Movie Magic Monthly does Marvel Films!

Woo hoo!  This month’s challenge at Movie Magic Monthly is near and dear to my heart.  Our challenge this month is for you to draw inspiration from any of the Marvel comics films!  I’m a comic geek, so I’m happy.  My all-time favorite Marvel characters are Deadpool and Loki(I like misunderstood/insane villain types), but since we need to be inspired by one of the films I went with one of my favorite scenes from The Avengers.

I used two great images from The Octopode Factory.  I made chunky pages!  These are so fun to make.  I attempted to draw city street backgrounds for them.
