January Bombshell Hop

We have a really cool theme this month for our Hump Day Hop!  The amazing Alison chose the theme “Ring in the New!” – we were to try something new, something we’d never done before.  I had fun with this challenge.:)

Now, you should have arrived here from the Amazing Alison’s blog.  If you did not, you may want to go back to the beginning at the Bombshell Blog to make sure you don’t miss anything along the way.

I did a few new things for my project.  I had never used Distress inks to color with, so that was new.(although I’m going to look for a better tool to use for it in the future)  I had never used bottled alcohol ink before, so that was another new experience for me.  And I had never made a domino book, so that’s what I decided to do for my project.

Oh, and I just got the Homeward Bound set from Bombshell Stamps, so I just had to use that for this project.
