SmudgeFest Day 1

Smeared Ink is hosting their second annual SmudgeFest!  I had so much fun playing along with the week of challenges last year that I decided to try and give it a go this year.  Today’s challenge is Monday Mash-Up, to use at least three items off of a list of things on your project.  I chose to use ribbon, metal, and paint.

I made a door hanger, using the Heart Wings – Cracked Heart image from Smeared Ink.  I used an embossed piece of metal.  I painted it with purple acrylic paint, then sanded some of the paint off.
