TTIC #59 - Sparkle!

I was very excited about this week's challenge over at Twilight Tuesday. I mean, I just love sparkly things!:)

Here's what Margie said:

Let’s start the New Year with a bit of…

Sparkle!

Create a project using something that sparkles or shines – glitter, bling, etc.

Comment: Share your inspiring resolutions for the New Year!

Here's my card...

You can see the sparklies better here...

And here's my daughter with the card she made...

You can see the sparkle better here...

I don't make New Year's resolutions, so, nothing exciting to say there. But, I'm having some health problems recently, so, I'm hoping they'll get figured out soon so that I can be more active physically this year.(Nothing like feeling like a total slug, eh?)

We used papers from Creative Memories, The Paper Studio, Wasau Paper, DCWV, and My Mind's Eye. Bling from the dollar bin at JoAnn's. Rub-on from Colorbok. I used Copics and Prismacolor markers to color my Bella.(the hair looks wonky because I started with one color, then layered another color over it) The glitter is cosmetic glitter from Aromaleigh that I painted on with eyeliner sealant.

Hope you like our cards! Thanks for stopping by!
