Hello, and welcome to the monthly member blog hop from Smeared and Smudged! Our theme this month is PAINT! I love working with paint, I’ve been doing a lot with it lately.:)
My project for today is a small one, though.
I decided to alter/recycle this little bottle. I’ll give you extra points if you can guess what it’s from.;)
I did something new here. I heat embossed for the first time. I used one of the Distress powders, so the stamp kind of turned out looking like a sandy, piratey poison symbol.:)
Here’s the hop list….
Madeleine aka ME!
Thanks for looking!

Ooh, this is very cool! I have no idea where the bottle is from though. Congrats on trying heat embossing! Those Distress Powders are funky. Totally different from regualr powders. It looks great on that skull!
I have no idea where the bottle came from. Due to the size I'd say it's a mini condiment bottle or a mini alcohol bottle, but the raised portions of the bottle are throwing me off. I can't wait to find out though! Great use of paint and embossing! Looks fabulous!
I love your bottle and your embossed skull turned out awesome! Hmmm... the bottle... I have no idea! It looks old by the top... so maybe a garage sale? LOL! Awesome job painting!!!
GREAT bottle! I love it even more that it is little. Love the distress embossing powder look.
That is such a cool bottle!!!
I like it a lot, don't know what bottle it is though

I saw where the bottle came from through your forum post so I can't guess. What a cool project! Love it. You have inspired me to try covering a bottle.

I met TH at a memories expo, and sat right across from him and he taught us a technique and made a make n take tag. I have photos (somewhere) and his autograph! :)
